Yes. NABH certification makes therapeutic stays eligible for Mediclaim and most major health insurance plans. We provide itemised billing, physician discharge summary and NABH-stamped documentation for your insurer. Please note: Mediclaim is not eligible for Detox and Rejvunation programs. We request you to contact your insurance agent or talk to us for more clarity regarding this.

Absolutely. Most of our guests are first-timers. The physician will tailor the programme to your constitution and comfort level. First-time guests typically receive a Purvakarma-heavy, gentler programme before any Shodhana procedure.
Gujarati (primary), Hindi and English. All physicians are fluent in all three. Documents can be provided in Gujarati or English.
Yes. For companion who are undergoing treatments, we charge 60% of the program rate. For com For family members who are not undergoing treatment, we charge 500/- per day. Track B postnatal guests, you are welcome to bring your baby — the retreat team will support you.
You receive a 90-day aftercare protocol, a herbal prescription kit and a confirmed 30-day physician teleconsultation date. You are added to the alumni WhatsApp group (with consent) for ongoing seasonal wellness guidance.
